This is s global, project-wide setting. So for Revisions 1&2 you need to set them to None. The revision schedule will still report them.Dave Baldacchinohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00431940617680243953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569516199116206255.post-7333362275875603042012-08-31T05:27:59.545-05:002012-08-31T05:27:59.545-05:00Hi there, I have an MEP project where we have eg. ...Hi there, I have an MEP project where we have eg. 3 revisions on the electrical plan and only one revision on the plumbing. is it possible to 'hide' revisions 1 and 2 on the electrical plan (but keep the past revisions information in the title block) and see only the one revision in the plumbing plan. i have tried all sorts of things but i either remove the information from the title Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569516199116206255.post-58350730364882246092012-08-10T14:32:57.013-05:002012-08-10T14:32:57.013-05:00Another wish would be to export the list of revisi...Another wish would be to export the list of revisions and revision comments or schedule them and export the schedule.Neil Topliffehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15697836224154832118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569516199116206255.post-42068220591151596282010-03-05T09:55:26.191-06:002010-03-05T09:55:26.191-06:00it is quite sad that the parameters for revisions ...it is quite sad that the parameters for revisions are not flexible at all.
It might very useful to have a counter of the amount of revisions in each set, or?
Any tips for that?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00952741790279481845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569516199116206255.post-5528293913014066002010-03-01T14:25:01.990-06:002010-03-01T14:25:01.990-06:00As long as each cloud is contained in a separate s...As long as each cloud is contained in a separate sketch, clouds in dependent views will report in the revision schedule only if they are visible in the view (the Annotation crop obviously has to be enabled). I tested to confirm this is the case from 2009 onwards. I'm not denying there could be a case where the schedule will pick up another cloud on a dependent view if it is close to the crop Dave Baldacchinohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00431940617680243953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569516199116206255.post-68952040566404786852010-03-01T12:05:58.799-06:002010-03-01T12:05:58.799-06:00The only problem with placing revision bubbles on ...The only problem with placing revision bubbles on the views is that if you have a titleblock that has revisions in it & you have dependent views (in 2009 anyway) sometimes even though the bubble doesn't appear on that view it will show up on the list in the titleblock. Haven't tested in 2010 yet. Also if I'm going to bubble things I might as well bubble them in one place (aka onalleycatbabehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11755173177194157187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8569516199116206255.post-41920313942796534212010-02-26T08:56:41.312-06:002010-02-26T08:56:41.312-06:00Glad it was of some use!
