This is not the post I’d like to be writing, but life goes on :)
If you’re in the Houston area and are looking for a highly motivated individual with 9 years of solid experience in Architectural Design, Graphics, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration experience, and obviously extremely passionate about Revit and BIM, then give me a shout. I’m available!
I’m trying to stay in the Houston area (ahhh, the kids and the web of connections for their education and health make it difficult to move around). Depending on how long the search takes, I might start considering to expand my geographical location, but at this time I plan on staying around the 4th largest city in the US ;) I will also entertain some commuting and remote work. If you have needs for Revit content creation, I would also be more than happy to partner with you in developing families.

Thanks Tony. It's all about the money; everyone is replaceable. Large firms tend to throw a lot of "carrots" (in words only usually) in times when they need you, but when times get tough, you're just another number and nothing else matters (short sighted? I think so).
Coreed, I did my best to share knowledge and there truly are some great Reviteers (above all, Architects, Engineers and designers). Won't mention their names but they know who they are ;)

Just by chance the past 3 weeks I happened to be looking up "jobs", the best offers I found were on the East & West Coasts. (New York & LA) But there is one little known niche that is rising up that I don't want others (noobys)to find out & dilute the prospects here in Texas, the ones' knowing where BIM is headed & imersed in it know what I'm talking about. Look there! You might be seeing me there soon enough. If so I'll see in having you replace me if still no luck =)
A shocker! Sorry to here this Dave, like others have said, there loss! Whilst I may be the other side of the pond I seem to have contacts all over. So if I hear anything I will drop you a line.
JE Dunn has a BIM position listed as available in Houston, though I am not sure if its availability is current.
